摘要
为提高博士研究生的培养质量和学校办学水平,我国高校对在校博士生都有毕业前必须发表一定数量和质量的论文的要求。分析我国高校对博士生发表论文要求的现状,及由此带来的博士生学生负担较重、学习研究效果下降、博士生在发表论文时出现逆向选择以及高校在论文要求改革上的博弈态度等问题。最后提出解决这些问题的建议。
Presently, most of colleges in China require their students publish certain quantity and quality of papers before reeeiving their PH degrees. This paper analyses the present situation of this requirement and the subsequent problems such as PHD students＇ heavy tasks and low study effeetives, their adverse selections when writing papers, and colleges＇ game problems when reforming the requirements. A solution aiming at this situation is supplied at the end of this paper.
