摘要
基于Pro/Engineer操作平台,研究渐开线变位斜齿轮的参数化建模方法,介绍了斜齿轮有侧隙啮合时虚拟装配的原理和方法。按相关提示输入渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮的5个基本参数以及齿宽、螺旋角、变位系数与齿顶修正系数,即可得到精确的渐开线斜齿轮三维实体模型。对提高齿轮产品的设计、制造和装配精度有一定的指导意义。
Based on Pro/Engineer,the method of 3D parameterized model of involute helical gear with modification is studied and the principle of virtual assembly with meshing backlash is introduced.Input gear width,helical angle and five basic parameters of involute helical gear,the accurate 3D solid model of involute gear would be attained automatically.It is significant to improve the accuracy of design,assembly and manufacturing of the involute helical gear.
