摘要
对某履带车辆变速箱同步器结构及其工作原理进行了分析研究,详细介绍了同步器4种工作状态原理,充分展示了同步器的重要作用。由于同步器设计理论还不完善,对同步器分析有很大的困难。本论文首次对履带车辆同步器进行了三维实体建模,并建立了同步器虚拟样机模型。在确保虚拟样机模型验证正确的基础上,对同步器工作过程的重要运动方程进行理论计算,并对同步器工作过程进行仿真,这对以后对同步器进行故障机理分析、对同步器进行机构参数最优匹配和提高整个履带车辆传动系统可靠性方面的研究都有重要意义。
Because of the imperfection of the synchronizer design and the significance of synchronizer in caterpillar gearbox,the synchronizer mechanism and working principle are researched,Especial the four working behaviors in details.Three-dimensional solid model of the synchronizer is the first to be built up in the paper,and then the virtual prototyping is set up.Based on the correct virtual prototyping of synchronizer the working process of it is simulation with the important equation of motion.The simulation results are important to analyzing the synchronizer faults mechanics;the best matching of mechanism parameter and increasing the reliability of whose caterpillar drives system.
