摘要
通过对6种大孔树脂的静态吸附和动态吸附试验,选择HPD600和HPD450两种大孔树脂做柱层析。分析结果表明:HPD600为吸附葡萄籽原花青素的最佳树脂,以上样流速为0.41mL/min,洗脱流速为0.38mL/min时的纯化效果最好,原花青素的纯度达到了95%。
Two resins, HPD600 and HPD450, were selected among 6 different macroporous absorption resins after static state and dynamic state absorbance. In the coming column chromatography testing, the results showed that as the velocity of flow of sample loading and deabsorption are 0.41 mL/min and 0.38 mL/min respectively, with the best purification effect. The purity of procyanidins reaches 95%.
