摘要
介绍了用碳分子筛作为固定相的气相色谱法测定甲烷排放通量。其方法简便、快速、准确,并且大气样品不必经过冷冻干燥脱水等处理步骤。应用该方法,1994年在华南农业大学晚稻田水稻生长期内,采样测定计算的甲烷平均日排放通量为8.34 mg(m^2·h),基本代表了广州地区稻田的甲烷排放通量。
A gas chromatography method is introduced to determine CH_4 emission flux by using carbon molecule sieve as solid phase. This method is easy, quick and exact, and its air sample needn't be undertook preliminary steps, such as freezing, drying and dehydrating. By using this method, during the later rice growing period in the experimental field of South China Agriculture University in 1994, the day average CH_4 emission flux was 8.34 mg/(m^2. h), which can represent the CH4 emission flux of rice field in Guangzhou Region.
