摘要
本文阐述了水网地区水环境污染的成因、现状及水环境保护与社会经济发展之间的相互关系，并提出了水环境保护的策略。
The paper analyzes the current situation and causes of water environmental pollution in drainage network areas and relationships between socio-economic development and water environmental pollution in China. Some strategic viewpoints on water environmental protection are proposed accordingly.
