摘要
文化生产力是对文化资源的开发和利用能力,是当今国家的核心竞争力。它以市场经济为载体,以文化产业为直接表现形态,以信息、电子、数字、网络以及媒介等高新技术为生产手段。文化生产力的主体要素是发动、承担并实现文化生产活动的劳动者,这一主体具有意识形态性、知识密集性、信息化、自主性等特征。
The cultural productive force means the ability to the development and the use of cultural resources nowadays. The force, takes the market economy as the carrier,and the cultural industry as the direct performance shape. It depends on the high and new-technology industries such as information, electronics, numeral, network as well as medium as the means of production. It is a core competitive powering in our country. Its essential elements of subjectivity are laborers who not only arouse and undertake but also realize the cultural productive activities. The force has four characteristics:the ideology,knowledge-intensivity,informatization and independency.
