被动吸烟对小鼠后代学习能力影响的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 通过对小鼠幼鼠方位食物迷津的测试,了解生命早期被动吸烟对学习能力的影响。两组实验动物分别在胚胎期和生后1个月内接触香烟烟气,烟草浓度为8g/m3,每日7小时,32日龄时进行迷津的训练和测试。结果(以每只小鼠最好成绩计)表明,宫内和生后1个月吸烟小鼠分别较各自对照组多出错0.74±0.84次和1.52±0.80次(P<0.05);多用时间6.85±12.20秒和17.37±11.67秒(P<0.05)。实验组仔鼠和幼鼠体重也明显低于对照组。 he learnning ability of little mice which were exposed to cigarette smoking in early stage of development were tested by food taking labyrinth.Two groups of mice were exposed to cigarette smoking during the fetal stage and during one month after birth,respectively.Each mouse was exposed to sidestream cigarette smoke 7 hours a day at the density of 8g/m 3.On 32 days of age the tests were taken.Results,when the best performance of each mouse was considered,on the average,tthe mice which passive smoked in uteri made more errors by 0.74±0.84 and used more time by 6.85±12.20 seconds;the mice which passive smoked after birth made more errors by 1.52±0.80 and used more time by 17.38±11.67 seconds than the controls.Besides,the weight of the passive smoked mice were significantly lighter than the controls.The results indicated that passive exposure to cigarette smoke in early stage of life may depress the learnning ability as well as body development.
