摘要
合成了多种配方的互穿聚合物网络胶片。红外光谱证明网络反应完全;测定了预聚物的黏度,发现预聚物黏度可降低到0.500 Pa.s以下,甲基丙烯酸B酯(一种高沸点的甲基丙烯酸酯)的加入明显改善了其加工工艺性能;对胶片力学性能的测试则表明,拉伸强度可达到1.4MPa,断裂伸长率达到576%。静态力学拉伸测试找出了多种因素对IPN胶片力学性能影响的规律。
A series of IPN films were synthesized in this paper. FTIR results showed that the whole network formed absolutely. The viscosity of prepolymers was tested, and the result demonstrated that the viscosity of prepolymers decreased to less than 0. 500 Pa · s. So the technological properties of IPN films were evidently enhanced with the introduction of BMA(a kind of methacrylate ester with high boiling point). The result of tensile test showed that the tensile strength of IPN films was 1.4 MPa, the elongation at break was 576%. The results of tensile test showed the variation laws of mechanical properties with the introduction of different additives.
