摘要
以烷基硅烷或烷基硅烷和羟基硅油为原料,制备了一系列烷基硅树脂防水剂,考察了烷基链的长度和烷基密度n(R)/n(Si)对硅树脂防水剂性能的影响.结果表明,硅树脂烷基的碳原子数在3~8,n(R)/n(Si)值在1.2~1.4之间,有机硅防水剂具有良好的防水性能和耐碱性能,并有望具有较长时间的防水保护功能.
A series of silicone hydrophobic agents were prepared by hydrolysis of silane or silane with terminal hydroxyl polydimethylsiloxane. The performance of the hydrophobic agents affected by the length of alkyls and the value of n(R)/n(Si) were investigated. The results showed that the hydrophobic agent had the optimum hydrophobic and alkali resistance performance when the carbon atom number of the alkyl is between 3 and 8 and the value of n(R)/n(Si) is from 1.2 to 1.4.
