摘要 对IEEEPES2005年会控制中心和EMS部分的论文进行了综述,介绍了备用控制中心的建设、可视化技术的应用、多代理技术在EMS设计中的应用、针对大面积停电的反事故演习以及恢复控制等方面的研究状况。对论文中所反映的当前美国电力系统的运行经验、存在问题、解决方法及今后的发展方向进行了分析,总结了我国电力行业应吸取的经验教训,可为我国电力系统运行与科研工作提供参考。 In this paper the control center and EMS parts of IEEE PES 2005 General Meeting are summarized. The construction of spare control center, application of visualization technique, application of multi-agent technology in EMS design, anti-accident exercise for large scope blackout and the research on restoration control and so on are presented. The operating experiences of power systems in USA, existing problems and its solution methods as well as the trend of development in R&D are analyzed and it is pointed out that which part of experiences are suitable for our country, which part of lessons we should learn in order to avoid similar mistakes or traps. This summary can be used as reference to improve power system operation and research works in this country.
