摘要
设计了一种采用脉宽调制(pulsewidthmodulation,PWM)控制的具有动态串联补偿功能的故障限流器,主要由以PWM原理控制的电感、开关控制的电容器组、限流电感构成。正常时通过控制投切的电容器组实现可控串联补偿功能,故障时通过改变脉冲的占空比可得到变化的阻抗,达到可控限流的目的。采用Matlab进行数字仿真证明了该故障限流器的有效性。
A fault current limiter controlled by pulse width modulation (PWM), which possesses the function of dynamic series compensation, is designed. This current limiter consists of inductance controlled by PWM, capacitor banks controlled by switcher and current-limiting inductance. When power system is in normal operation, by means of switching on/off the capacitor banks the controllable series compensation is implemented; when power system fault occurs, by means of changing the duty ratio of pulse the variable reactance can be realized, thus the controllable current limiting is also implemented. Results of the simulation based on Matlab prove that the proposed fault current limiter is effective.
