摘要
应用ICAP-900等离子发射光谱法(简称ICAP法)测定海红果中Fe、Cu、Mn、Mg、Zn元素的含量,检测结果回收率为Fe110.2%、Cu92.5%、Mn91.8%、Mg93%、Zn92.5%;检出限为Fe0.0934mg/kg、Cu0.0025mg/kg、Mn0.0006mg/kg、Mg0.0020mg/kg、Zn0.0063mg/kg。该方法的精密度(RSD)(n=10)为0.4% ̄2.1%,样品的精密度(RSD)(n=5)为1.6% ̄15.1%,结果令人满意。用ICAP法测定海红果中微量元素对该法的应用推广具有重要的意义。
