摘要
在最优潮流框架下,以实施可中断负荷管理为目的,提出了基于影子价格的可中断负荷最优调度模型。该模型以系统总成本最小为目标函数,采用模拟可中断电价的方法,得出不同可中断电价下系统的最优负荷中断量以及系统总成本。结果显示,可中断电价小于影子价格时,系统总成本较高是因为发电成本较高,可中断电价大于影子价格时,系统成本较高是因为中断补偿成本过大,发电成本和中断补偿成本此消彼长。当可中断电价与影子价格相等时,发电成本和中断补偿成本恰好达到动态均衡,系统总成本也达到最小,此时的负荷中断量也是最优的负荷中断量。据此,可中断电价小于影子价格时应增加负荷中断量以降低系统总成本,可中断电价大于影子价格时应增加发电出力以降低系统总成本。IEEE30节点系统的仿真试验,证明了该模型的正确性和合理性。
Under optimal power flow frame, with the aim of interruptible load management, the paper proposes an optimal interruptible load dispatch model based on shadow price. The model, with minimizing the system cost as the object function and simulating the interruptible price as the method, educes the optimal load curtailment and system cost under different interruptible prices. The result shows that the high generation cost causes the high system cost when interruptible price is lower than shadow price and the high interruptible compensation cost causes the high system cost when interruptible price is higher than shadow price. When interruptible price equals shadow price, generation cost and interruptible compensation cost just get dynamic equilibrium and system reaches the lowest cost, meanwhile, the load curtailment is optimal. Hereby, in order to lower the system cost, the load curtailment should be increased when interruptible price is lower than shadow price and be reduced when interruptible price is higher than shadow price. The test on IEEE30 node system proves that the model is validity and rationality of the model.
