四色流式细胞术-免疫分型在成人急性髓系白血病诊断中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 流式细胞术-免疫分型(FCI)在对细胞形态学无法肯定的急性髓系白血病(AML)-M0、急性混合细胞细胞白血病(BAL)、形态上易和M2混淆的急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)的明确诊断有重要意义。我们在细胞形态学基础上以四色流式细胞术为平台,分析AML的免疫表型特点,并从检验角度评估检测结果的准确性。
