摘要
目的探讨饮用鲜梨汁对脑卒中后便秘的预防作用。方法将62例发病7d内的首发脑卒中患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组31例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上,于入院后第2天即饮用鲜梨汁150ml,每天2次,连续14d。记录患者每日的排便情况,卒中后便秘的诊断依据罗马Ⅱ标准。结果对照组卒中后便秘的发生率为45.2%(14/31),实验组卒中后便秘的发生率为19.4%(6/31),两组对比差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论鲜梨汁对卒中后便秘有较好的预防作用,且食用方便,不良反应少,易于被患者和家属接受。
Objective To explore the effect of fresh pear juice on prevent constipation of patients after stroke. Methods Sixty-two cases of acute stroke within 7 days were randomly divided into experiment group (n=31) and control group (n=31). Giving routine care to both two groups, and the experiment group drank 150 ml of fresh pear juice twice a day, continuously for 14 days. Bowel function were recorded each day and the diagnostic criteria of constipation was in accordance with Rome Ⅱ criteria. Results The incidence of new-onset constipation after stroke was 45.2% in the control group, 19.4% in the experiment group. There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions Drinking fresh pear juice is of benefit to patients to prevent constipation after stroke.
