摘要 通过采用Falcon强化重力分选机对中梁山煤的分选脱硫试验,探讨了不同操作参数对中梁山细粒煤脱硫效率的影响,研究了细粒级煤在强化重力场中的分选行为,以及不同粒级细粒煤的分选脱硫效果。结果表明,利用强化重力分选,对中梁山细粒煤可获80.98%的脱硫率、56.28%的全硫脱硫效率。同时在分选过程中,由于微细粒随水流进入溢流量加大,Falcon分选机对小于45μm微细粒级的分选效果变差。 With the application of Falcon enhanced special gravity separator to the separation and desulferization test with Zhongliangshan coal, the paper discussed that the different operation parameters influenced to the desulferization efficiency of Zhongliangshan fine coal. The paper studied the separation behavior of fine coal in enhanced special gravity field and the separation and desulferization results of the different particle fine coal. The results showed that with the enhanced gravity separation, zhongliangshan fine coal would have a desulferization rate of 80. 98 % and a full desulferization rate of 56.28 %. Meanwhile, due to the fine particle coal with water flow increased the overflow quantity, the separation result of the Falcon separator for fine particle less than 0. 045 mm will be getting poorer.
