纳米CaCO3/PP/PS复合材料的结晶与熔融行为 被引量:4

摘要 熔融方法制备了纳米CaCO3/PP/PS复合材料,DSC研究了PP/PS、增容PP/PS共混物及其纳米CaCO3填充共混物的结晶与熔融行为。研究结果表明加入PS对PP结晶行为影响不大,但导致PP熔点下降,熔融峰从单峰变为双峰。纳米CaCO3和增容剂对PP/PS共混物中PP结晶存在异相成核作用,提高PP结晶温度和熔点,PP—g—MA和PP—g—AA的异相成核作用比CaCO3的大。PP—g—MA增容的PP/PS共混物和CaCO3填充共混物有利于PP形成β晶,但CaCO3填充共混物、PP—g—AA的增容PP/PS共混物和CaCO3填充共混物无β晶形成。 The nano - CaCO3/PP/PS composites were prepared by melt method. The crystallization and melting behavior of PP/ PS, compatibilized PP/PS blends and nano - CaCO3/PP/PS composites were investigated by DSC. The results indicated that addition of PS has no influenced on crystallization behavior of PP, but decreases the melting temperature of PP. The heterogonous nucleation of nano - CaCO3, PP - g - MA and PP - g - AA increases the crystallization temperature and melting point of PP. The heterogonous nucleation of PP - g - MA and PP - g - AA is higher than that of nano - CaCO3. The formation of β crystalline is observed for the PP/PS blends and nano - CaCO3/PP/PS composites compatibilized by PP - g - MA. However, no β crystallineis formed for nano - CaCO3/ PP/PS composites, PP/PS blend and nano - CaCO3/PP/PS composites compatibilized by PP - g - AA
