摘要
综述了索氏提取、超声波萃取、固相萃取、加速溶剂萃取等前处理技术,在肉制品中多环芳烃前处理技术中的应用进展,并对肉制品中多环芳烃前处理技术的发展趋势进行了展望。
This article reviews sample pretreatment techniques for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in meat products such as Soxhlet Extraction, Sonication Extraction, Solid Phase Extraction and Accelerate Soluble Extraction. It also comments on the development of pretreatment techniques in meat products.
