摘要
综述了测定食品中亚硫酸盐的各种不同方法,每种方法都有其适合测定的食品,但也存在其不同的优缺点。必须综合考虑来确定适合特定食品二氧化硫残留量的测定方法。
The paper summarized an overview of measurement the residue of sulphur dioxide in food, different methods have ways to measure their food, also have the existence of their different advantages and disadvantages. Thus we must synthesize considered, then determined the appropriate method of sulphur dioxide remnant determination in food products.
