摘要
建设社会主义新农村是全面建设小康社会的必然选择,是统筹城乡发展、实现工农互动的历史任务。建设社会主义新农村是在新的历史背景下的综合性农村变革,既具有我国经济社会发展所提供的有利条件,又面临着诸多的现实难题。因此,我们必须树立和落实科学发展观,创新工作思路,建立长效机制,因地制宜,分步实施,扎实稳妥地推进社会主义新农村建设。
The construction socialism new countryside is the comprehensive construction well-off society＇s inevitably choice, is to plan development the city and countryside, realize the interaction historic task of workers and peasants. The construction of socialism new countryside is countryside transformation under the new historical comprehensive conditions, which has the advantages our country economy provides, also faces many realistic difficult problems. Therefore, We must set up and carry out the science development view, innovation concept, establish persistent effective mechanism, suit measures to local conditions, implement step by step, advance new rural reconstruction.
