摘要
从钢管管道所具备的轴向弯曲变形能力出发,通过确定其轴向允许曲率半径[R],得出管道的理论允许沉降量。结合工程实际中在役高压、超高压天然气管道的安全性和沉降线形分析,提出其实际控制沉降量计算方式。该计算方法有较好的借鉴意义。
Based on the capacity of axial bending and deformation of steel pipeline, and determination of the axial allowable curvature radius [R], the theoretical allowable settlement of the pipeline is obtained, and the calculation for settlement in actual control is proposed, combining with of alignment analysis of safety and settlement of in-service high pressure and superhigh pressure natural gas pipeline. This calculation method is quite useful for similar works.
