摘要
目的观察空心加压螺纹钉联合高压氧治疗老年股骨颈骨折(FNF)的疗效。方法对65例FNF患者给予空心加压螺纹钉内固定联合高压氧治疗,随访观察术后并发症、骨折愈合及髋关节功能恢复情况。结果随访62例,达到优级标准19例,良30例,中9例,差4例,优良率79.0%。本组病例伤口无感染,无1例发生深静脉血栓或死亡。其中3例在手术后两年内出现不同程度的股骨头坏死,3例中有1例因关节严重疼痛再行人工关节置换术。结论闭合复位、小切口空心加压内固定联合高压氧治疗FNF,具有安全实用、固定牢靠、经济实惠等优点。
Objective To observe therapeutic efficacy of the compress screws under C- arm X- ray monitoring and hyperharic oxygen for elderly patient with femur neck fracture（FNF） . Methods Sixty- five cases of acute FNF were treated by the compress screws within 2-5 h after injury, and therapeutic efficacy was observed in a following - up period of 1 -3 years. Results Sixty - two of 65 cases were followed - up for 1 -3 years, union of fracture was excellent in 19 patients, good in 30 patients, the superordinary rate was 79.0%. Among of 62 FNF patients, 49 patients got union of fracture without femoral head necrosis, 3 patients had femoral head necrosis. Conclusion The combination of compress screws and hyperbaric oxygen has merits of safety, practical and well union of fracture.
