摘要
目的总结成人法洛氏四联征治疗经验。方法回顾性分析1998年1月～2005年12月施行成人法洛氏四联征根治术52例的临床资料。拿组患者均采用右房＋右心室流出道切口，疏通右室流出道，补片闭合室间隔缺损，跨瓣环补片加宽22例，合并畸型同期手术。结果52例巾手术死亡4例，2例死于低心排综合征，2例死于低心排血量综俞征加肾功能衰竭。随访2月～3年，余48例均恢复良好，无晚期死亡。结论成人法洛氏四联征继发病变重，并发症较多，死亡率较高，彻底畸形矫正、完善心肌保护、加强围手术期处理可获得满意手术效果。
Objective To sum up experience of surgical treatment of Tetralogy of Fallot in adults. Methods The clinical data from January 1998 to December 2005 in 52 adult patients with tetralogy of Fallot,who was underwent the radical cor rection of Fallot,was analiezd retrospectively. Using the incision of right antrum and ventricular outflow tract, all patients got right ventricular outflow tract reconstruction and interventricular septum patch repair, including transannular patch repair in 22 cases, and treatment of complicated dysplastic type. Results There were 4 cases of post - operative death, for low cardiac output syndrome in 2 cases and low cardiac output syndrome complicated with renal failure in other 2 cases. Conclusion Satisfactory surgical resuhs with Tetralogy of Fallot in adults can be achieved, through radically corrected the cardiac deformations and indepth management of postoperative complications.
