摘要
用电镜、纤维热机械仪、X光仪对不同来源的粘胶基碳纤维原丝及其碳丝进行了观察和分析。结果表明,原丝形态对所得碳纤维有很大的影响,特别是原丝形态结构的均匀性,如微孔、微裂缝等对碳纤维质量有很大的直接影响。
Different rayon based carbon fiber precursors are studied by means of scanning electron microscope(SEM), Thermal Mechanical Tester and X-ray diffractometer.The results show that the precursor morphology structure greatly affects the resulted carbon fiber properties, especially the microvoids and crevices both inside and on the surface of fiber.
