1056t/h锅炉控制氮氧化物排放的分析

摘要 主要以河津发电厂1 056 t/h锅炉为对象,分析了锅炉在进行燃烧调整过程中二次风箱与炉膛压差、配风方式、氧量等因素对NOx排放量的影响,得出结论:采用水平浓淡燃烧技术、在燃烧器顶部布置二次风,以及进行燃烧调整优化,可降低锅炉NOx的排放量。最后指出,应在不影响锅炉效率的情况下,对燃烧进行调整优化,来达到减少NOx排放的目的。 In this paper, the writers analyzed some related factors existed in firing adjustment behavior for de-NOx process based on the 1056 t/h fossil boilers of Hejing Power Station. The research consequence shows that the influences between secondary air conducts' comer box pressure, furnace pressure disparity, airing staging distribution and oxygen, etc. are fundamental obvious facts. For a boiler matched with top OFA secondary arrangement design and horizontal coal dust concentration departing burners the NOx emitting quantity can be decreased by combustion optimal modification. Judging from the idea of firing optimizations de-NOx process could be realized under the condition of stable running and higher boiler efficiency.
