摘要
为了解决电动汽车电池管理系统的关键技术,提出了高电压安全的控制方法,并用修正电量累计法对电池的荷电状态(SOC)进行估计。设计的100 Ah MH/Ni动力电池组数据采集系统精度高于1%,循环工况后,电池的温度低于40℃,电池的SOC从93.4%下降至85.8%,高压系统断开1 s后达到人体安全标准,表明了此系统的可靠性与可行性。
In order to solve the key technology of the battery management system of EV (electric vehicle), the control method of the safety of high voltage was developed. The modified coulomb-accumulation method was used to estimate the battery. The accuracy of data sampling system of 100 Ah type Ni/MH power battery pack was higher than 1%, after the circulating working state, the temperature of the battery was lower than 40 ℃ and the SOC dropped from 93.4% to 85.8%, the high voltage system reached to the human body safety standard in 1 s. It showed that battery management system had high reliability and practicability.
