摘要
农大3号1日龄公雏300只,随机分为3组,每组100只。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别给予清凉冲剂Ⅰ(石膏、藿香、苍术、黄柏按等比例)和清凉冲剂Ⅱ(苍术∶黄柏∶石膏∶藿香=1∶1∶0.5∶1),按饲喂日粮0.1%添加,饮水投药。另一组为对照组。于7、21、35、49日龄剖杀,从十二指肠、空肠、回肠分别采取2 cm的肠段,利用免疫组化方法测定肠道中IgA+平均阳性表达率。结果表明:试验组肠黏膜中IgA+平均阳性表达率均随日龄增加而上升,49日龄时最为明显,其中十二指肠、空肠中IgA含量,试验Ⅱ组高于试验Ⅰ组;回肠中IgA含量,试验Ⅰ组比试验Ⅱ组高,与对照组相比存在显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)差异。表明清凉冲剂可以提高鸡的黏膜免疫指标IgA的含量。
Three hundred chickens((55.5±5.2)g) were randomly divided into three groups. The group Ⅰand Ⅱ take o rally Qingliang electurary Ⅰ and Ⅱ (0.1% of ration) in water,and the group Ⅲ is used as control. Then at the 7th,21th,35th and 49th day,5 chicken, each group were randomly sampled and killed,2 cm of intestinal segments from the duodenum,jejunum and ileum were collected for observing IgA^+ average positive rate hy immunohistochemistry and Motic image analyzing system. The resutls showed that the improving IgA^+ average positive rate of Qingliang electuary Ⅰ and Ⅱ group was significant more (P〈0. 05 or P〈0.01) as compared with the control group. The group Ⅱ was better than the group Ⅰ in the duodenum and jejunum,and group Ⅰ was better than group Ⅱ in ileum. These results suggested that the Qingliang electuary may improve IgA^+ average positive rate in the mucosal immune of small intestine in chicken.
