摘要
虚拟装配是虚拟制造领域的研究热点。为实现船舶产品的装配仿真,自主开发了虚拟装配仿真平台;介绍了虚拟装配平台IVAE(In teractive V irtua l A ssem b ly Env ironm en t)的系统结构,并结合船舶产品装配特点分析了主要关键技术:虚拟装配环境下的模型表达、装配约束处理和碰撞检测。最后,以一个船舶产品装配实例进行了验证。验证结果表明:在平台的仿真环境下能有效地解决船舶产品的装配问题,这对船厂的实际装配生产具有一定指导意义。
Virtual Assembly is a hot research area in virtual manufacture. A virtual assembly simulation platform is developed for ship assembly simulation. This paper introduces the structure of the platform(IVAE), and then using the assembly characters of ship product analyzes the main key technologies including model representation in virtual assembly environment, assembly constraints transaction and collision detection. At last, it verifies the feasibility of assembly simulation with a ship assembly example, which indicates that the virtual assembly simulation platform developed by authors could efficiently solve ship assembly problems and has some useful guidance on on-site assembly in shipyard.
