摘要
介绍了一种新型的生产纸张涂布用立方体沉淀碳酸钙的方法,在生产过程中无需添加催化剂或添加剂。所得的立方体沉淀碳酸钙在含有小于2μm的重量百分数为85%~94%时,其分散液的粘浓度可高达69.4%~74.5%,涂布实验结果表明。
A new method of manufacturing Cubic Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (CPCC)as paper coating pigment is introduced.There is no need for any catalyst additions during the precipitation process smaller.The CPCC has the viscous solid of 69 4%~74 5%with 85%~94%(by weight)of particles smaller than 2μm。The application of CPCC in coating formulation is beneficial to both coating color and coated paper properties.
