摘要
针对包装中常用的EPS与EPE缓冲材料存在的回收处理成本高和给环境带来严重污染的问题,采用膨胀珍珠岩、一种无溶剂型黏合剂和水发泡剂等其他原材料,通过在一定温度下模压发泡成型的工艺,制备膨胀珍珠岩缓冲包装材料,测试了其动态缓冲性能,并将其与EPS、EPE的缓冲性能进行了比较.结果表明:该材料具有很好的缓冲性能,适用于静应力小于20kPa和脆值为20~30产品的缓冲包装.
Some buffering packaging materials such as EPS and EPE in common use have problems in that they have a high cost in reclaiming and dealing and in that they are not friendly to environment. In this paper, expanded pearlite buffering packaging material was introduced, which used expanded pearlites, no-solvent adhesive, water vesicant and other raw materials, being molded and foamed at the constant temperature. After testing the dynamic buffering property and being contrasted with that of EPE and EPS, the results indicated that the expanded pearlite buffering packaging material had beautiful buffering performance, adapting to the products with static stress less than 20kPa and the fragility between 20 and 30.
