摘要
采用粉末样品压片制样,用PW2440X射线荧光光谱仪测定海南地球化学样品中的SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3、MgO、CaO、Na2O、K2O、Ba、Br、Ce、Cl、Ga、La、V、Mn、Zn、Y、Zr、Nb、Th、Rb、Sr、Pb、P、Cr和Ti等27个组分进行测定。针对海南样品的特点,加入高铝、高钙、高铁和高钛标样进行回归。使用经验系数法和散射线内标法校正基体效应,方法简便、快速,其精密度和准确度完全满足质量临控要求。
A method for determination of Si, Al, Fe, Mg, Ca, Na, K, Ba, Br, Ce, La, Cl, Ga, V, Mn, Zn, Y, Zr, Nb, Th, Rb, Sr, Pb, P, Cr and Ti etc 27 dements in the Hainan geochemical exploration sample by XRF with using sample preparation of pressed powder pellets was developed. The calibration curve draws up adding high silicon, high iron, high calcium and high titanium standard samples based on Hainan samples characteristic. The pricision and accuracy of the method can meet requirement of sample analysis in multi- objective geochemical survey.
