摘要
我国是一个人口大国,农村剩余劳动力的转移成为我国城市化进程中的核心问题,也是解决我国当前“三农”问题的根本出路。借鉴和吸取国际上劳动力流动的成功经验,遵循劳动力流动的普遍规律,加快我国的城市化进程。
China is a country with large population. The shift of surplus rural labours becomes a core problem in the process of urbanization and also an only solution to solving problems facing agriculture, rural areas and farmers in our country. We will assimilate and draw on the successful international experience of labour flow, follow its universal rule and quicken the process of urbanization of our country.
