摘要
继政府绩效评估在西方国家取得良好效果以来,在我国理论界和实践界也越来越受到重视。但政府绩效评估并不能一蹴而就,其良好的绩效评估效果的取得需要具备文化、制度、社会和技术等条件。因此,我们要努力营造良好的绩效评估氛围,吸纳多元主体参与,制定科学合理的绩效评估指标体系,并用制度化的形式保证其实施。
After achieving good effects in west countries, government performance evaluation is getting more and more attention in field of theory and practice in China. However, government performance evaluation system can't be reached at a single leap, a good performance evaluation effect requires conditions of the culture, the regulation, the society and technology and so on. Therefore, we must create favorable atmosphere, absorb the multibody's participation, make scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system, and guarantee the execution with rules.
