摘要
如何既安全又高效地管理和营运养老保险基金,是当前世界各国面临的一个普遍课题。近年来,为了更好地应对人口老龄化所带来的危机,保证养老金的保值增值,世界各国普遍加强和改善对养老金的营运及监管,并且积累了丰富的经验。本文拟借鉴智利养老保险基金运营管理的经验,对我国养老保险基金管理的现状及存在问题,以及如何加强养老保险基金营运监管等方面进行一些探讨。
How to operate and administrate pension fund safely and efficiently has become an issue in many countries at present. In order to cope with the tendency of expanding demand for pension in recent years, operation of pension fund has been emphasized, supervision system for pension fund has been developed, while valuable experience of value-preserving and pension appreciation has been gradually piled up. The thesis illustrates the advantages of operation and supervision system of pension fund Chile adopts,analyses the current situation especially problems existing in administration of pension fund in our country, and provides some suggestions on how to improve operation and supervision of pension fund in China.
