摘要
建立反相高效液相色谱-光电二极管阵列检测器法测定了不同品质栀子生品中栀子苷的含量。采用Nucleodur C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(22:78,体积比)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长240nm,柱温28℃。栀子苷在0.80~7.20懈范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.99998),加样回收率为99.3%。该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于栀子生品的质量控制。
HPLC method coupled with photodiode army detection(PAD) for the determination of geniposide in Fructus Gardeniae of different quality was established.The separation was achieved on a Nucleodur C18 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5/μm) at 28 ℃ through the application of the melhanol-water(22 :78)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and 240 nm as the detection wavelength. Geniposide showed good relationship at the range of 0.80 - 7.20 μg( r = 0.999 98). The recovery was 99.3 %. The proposed method was simple, rapid and accurate and promised to be applicable for the quality control of Fructus Gardeniae
