内生真菌感染对高羊茅褐斑病抗性的研究 被引量:2

Study on the Resistance of Tall Fescue Infected by Endophyte Fungus to Brown Patch

摘要 对高羊茅品种交战Ⅱ(CrossfireⅡ)和阿道比(Adobe)带菌和不带菌植株接种褐斑病病原菌,于接种后统计病情指数、发病率和抗性效果。结果表明,内生真菌能够提高高羊茅对褐斑病的抗性,抗性效果在30%以上。 The disease rate, disease index and resistance to disease.of tall rescue endophyte-infested and endophyte-uninfected of emssfire Ⅱ and Adobe were determined after inoculated with brown pateh's pathogeny in definite condition. The result revealed that endophyte-infested of the two varieties could increose the resistance of tall rescue to brown patch and the disease index was reduced by more than 30%.
