摘要
特殊行业的金属管件对内壁的清洁度要求很高。针对细长管件(外径5mm^10mm左右,壁厚0.6mm^1.2mm,长度达4米)的清洗难点,介绍了超声波清洗装置的可行性设计过程。清洗专用装备适用于薄壁细长金属管材清洗,可满足超高洁净度、高效率和低成本的金属管件的批量生产要求。
In order to overcome the difficulties with the cleaning of the captioned tubes （with outer diameter between 5 and 10 ram, wall thickness between 0.6 and 1.2 mm and length equal to 4 meters ）, a feasible design of an ultrasonic cleaning equipment was proposed. Such equipment can meet the requirements for ultra cleanness, high efficiency, low cost batch production of the tubes.
