摘要
通过理论分析和实验研究,从泵浦效率、调Q性能、温度特性等几个方面比较了脉冲二极管泵浦Nd∶GdVO4激光器和Nd∶YAG激光器的差异;对Nd∶GdVO4激光器采用侧面泵浦的方式,电光调Q得到了输出能量27.5mJ,脉冲宽度为6.4ns,泵浦效率远高于Nd∶YAG激光器。
An E-O Q-switched Nd:GdVQ laser side- pumped by a diode-laser-array has been demonstrated. The characteristic difference between E-O Q-switched Nd: GdVQ and Nd: YAG laser is analyzed in pump efficiency, Q- switched performance and temperature characteristics. An output energy of 27.5mJ and a pulse width of 6.4ns are obtained. The pump efficiency is higher than Nd:YAG lasers.
