摘要
文章介绍了两种存货管理方法──经济订货批量（ＥＯＱ）和准时制（ＪＩＴ），通过比较分析，认为ＪＩＴ是存货管理思想的进步与发展，将更适合于现代企业的存货管理。
This paper introduces two invertory management methods-economic order quantity(EOQ ) and just-in - time(JIT). Through comparision and analysis .we think the method of JIT is advanced and developed in inventory management,and is very suitable to the inventory management of modern enterprises.
