Experimental study of primary frequency regulation for 900 MW supercritical units

摘要 针对900 MW超临界直流机组采用全程滑压运行方式、汽机调门节流小、机组蓄热小的特点,对机组一次调频的控制策略作了改进,完成了一次调频现场试验,使机组具备了参与电网一次调频的功能。根据凝结水节流的现场试验结果,提出了凝结水节流实现一次调频的可行性和注意事项,为超临界直流机组参与一次调频提供了新的方法和手段。 To deal with the little throttling of the steam turbine governing valve and little heat accumulation of the once-through boiler of 900 MW supercritical units which adopt full range sliding pressure operation, the control strategy of primary frequency regulation for the unit was upgraded. The field test of primary frequency regulation was conducted, proving that the unit can take part in the primary, frequency regulation of the grid. Based on the field test resuits of condensate throttling, the feasibility of realizing primary frequency regulation by using condensate throttling is proposed, as well as some notes for attention. The experimental study provides new method to allow the supercritical unit to participate in primary frequency regulation.
