基于自抗扰技术的风扇磨直吹锅炉主汽压力自动控制系统研究

ADRC-based automatic control system for main steam pressure of boilers with fan mills and direct-fired pulverized coal systems

摘要 应用自抗扰控制(ADRC)策略解决由被控对象的时变和非线性特性给风扇磨直吹式锅炉主汽压力自动调节带来的控制品质恶化问题,这种控制算法只需被控对象的输入输出信息就能很好地估计出系统的实时内外扰动总和,并将其加以补偿。该控制器具有结构简单、响应快、鲁棒性强等优点,仿真表明这种控制器能有效改善该类系统的控制品质。 Since the time-varying and non-linear characteristics of the controlled object will negatively affect the automatic adjustment of main steam pressure of boilers with fan mills and direct-fired pulverized coal systems, the Autodisturbance rejection controller (ADRC) strategy was used to solve the problem. With this control algorithm, only the input and output information of the controlled object is needed to perfectly estimate the total of the real-time internal and external disturbance of the system, and then the compensation can be made. Simulation shows that with advantages of simple structure, quick response, and robustness, the controller can effectively improve the control of the system.
