摘要
本文分析了信息网络传播权的特点和图书出版者相关权利的含义,在厘清它们之间的关系的基础上对纸书上网的版权问题进行探讨。本文旨在促进图书出版者、图书馆等关注《信息网络传播权保护条例》的立法进程。
This paper describes the characteristics of networked information spreading right and the right of book publishers, Based on an rectification of the relationships between them, the paper discusses the copyright problems of the networked books. It aims at arousing the attention of book publishers and libraries to the legislation process of the Protective Regulations of Networked Information Spreading Right.
