摘要
采用物理法和化学法在铜金粉表面进行有机和无机包覆。研究了经过不同试剂包覆处理的铜金粉在弱碱性水性介质中的吸氧量,计算了其缓蚀效率;并用差热分析方法研究了不同包覆处理的铜金粉在高温下的抗氧性能。结果表明:有机和无机包覆均能抑制铜金粉在弱碱性水性环境中的吸氧腐蚀,其中柠檬酸的缓蚀效果最佳,缓蚀效率达到95·83%;柠檬酸和抗坏血酸包覆均能提高铜金粉的氧化温度,正硅酸乙酯包覆处理后铜金粉的开始氧化温度随包覆量的增加而提高。
Organic and inorganic coatings of the bronze powder were realized by physical and chemical methods. The oxygen absorption of water-borne bronze powder with different coating in the aqueous alkaline medium" was investigated and the inhibit rate was calculate. The inoxidizability of bronze powder with different coatings was studied by differential analysis. The result shows that organic and inorganic coatings can inhibit the oxygen absorption corrosion of bronze powder in the aqueous alkaline medium, the inhibit ability of citric acid is the best, where anticorrosive rate reaches to 95.83% ; Both bronze powder coated with citric acid and ascorbic acid can elevate the oxidation temperature, when coated by ethyl orthosilicate, the oxidation resistance was improved along with the increasing of use level.
