摘要
从牛初乳中经离心去脂、沉淀蛋白质、CM32柱层析分离和冷冻干燥得到复合细胞营养因子(CHF),经分析表明,CHF的平均得率为0.0125%,总蛋白质含量平均为94.2%,SIgA平均含量为11.4%,CHF对酪氨酸酶活性有较强的抑制作用,IC_(50)为18μg/ml。CHF中EGF的活性测定表明,598 ng/ml的CHF就可促进50%MK细胞增殖。CHF(10 ng/ml)对人皮肤细胞的增殖具有明显的促进作用。
Cell health factors(CHF) were separated from bovine colostrum by centrifugal sedimentation, CM-32 ion-exchange chromatograph), and lyophilization. The contents of total protein and SIgA in CHF were 94.2% and 11.4%. CHF showed a strong EGF-like activity. It promoted the proliferation of MK cells and human epidermic cells. Also, CHF showed a strong inhibitory effect on tyrosinase activity, and the IC_(50) was 18μg/ml.
