结合柔度矩阵的内燃机滑动轴承弹流计算分析

摘要 介绍了结合柔度矩阵的轴承弹流分析流程,并针对某直列四缸柴油机连杆大头轴承,应用轴承设计软件OR-B IT结合有限元软件生成的柔度矩阵进行了弹流润滑计算分析。结果表明,结合柔度矩阵的轴承弹流润滑设计方法是解决复杂轴承结构设计的有效方法。 The process of elastohydrodynamic analysis combined with compliance matrix was described, and an elasto- hydrodynamic calculation was done using ORBIT as tools with compliance matrix on conrod big-end bearing of a 4 cylinder in-line diesel engine. The results shows that the elastohydrodynamic analysis method combined with compliance matrix is a good and efficient method to design journal bearing of internal-combustion engine.
