摘要
研究了纳米Si3N4粉末的分散性能,得到了优化的分散工艺参数。实验结果表明,将纳米Si3N4进行超声分散,可以改善其分散状况;加入适量的表面活性剂能改善Si3N4的分散效果,阳离子型表面活性剂的分散效果优于非离子型表面活性剂;分散体系的pH值也影响纳米Si3N4粉的分散效果。
After research on the dispersion properties of nano-Si3N4 powder, the optimal parameter of dispersion technology is obtained. Experimental results show that the dispersion situation of nano-Si3N4 powder can be improved after nano-Si3N4 is carried out ultrasonic dispersion. The introduction of a certain amount of surfactant can enhance the dispersion effect of nano-Si3N4 powder. The effect of cationic surfactant is superior to that of nonionic surfactant, pH values of disperse system also have influence on the dispersion effect.
