16S rRNA基因检测在新生儿败血症早期诊断中的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 新生儿败血症是新生儿期的常见病及危重症,是导致新生儿期死亡的重要原因之一。由于该症早期缺乏特异性的临床症状,所以选择敏感、快速的检测细菌方法具有重要意义。近年来,国内外学者应用分子生物学技术进行细菌分类、鉴定,为新生儿败血症的早期诊断提供了极有前途的检测方法。细菌16S rRNA基因所具有的结构特征,使其成为细菌鉴定的最常用的部位。本文就该基因的特征、检测方法及临床应用与研究的新进展简要综述。 Neonatal septicemia is the common and critical disease in neonates, which is the main causes resulting in the death during neonatal period . It has great significance to detect bacteria using a sencentive and rapid method because of its nonspecific clinical sympotom in early stage . For the past few years, many researchers utilized the technology of molecular biology to classify and identify bacteria, which offered an important method to diagnose neonatal septicemia rapidly. Bacterial 16S rRNA gene has become an ideal target to identify bacteria because of its structural feature. In this article, we will overview 16S rRNA gene about its character, detection, clinical application and study progress.
