基于Solid Edge的塑料模具标准件库的参数化程序实现方法

摘要 结合塑料模具标准件的特点,在Solid Edge上建立了标准件库。研究了利用程序驱动法采用VisualBasic,在Solid Edge上开发三维参数化塑料模具标准件库的原理、方法及具体实施过程,详细阐述了标准件库的数据处理与传递方法,介绍了基于Solid Edge的三维参数化注射模标准件库的使用实例。结果表明,标准件库的建立有助于缩短模具产品设计和开发周期。 According to the characteristics of standard parts of plastic mould,a standard-part library based on Solid Edge is established.By using program driving method,the principle,method and process for developing 3D(Three Dimensions)parameterized standard-part library for plastic mould are studied with Visual Basic based on Solid Edge.The methods of data processing and transferring for standard-part library is described in detail and an application example of 3D parameterized standard-part library for injection mould with Visual Basic based on Solid Edge is introduced.The results show that the usage of the standard-part library helps to shorten design and development cycle of mould product.
