摘要
针对涂层中添加MoSi2可以提高其热震性能的现象,用热力学方法计算,并以扫描电镜、能谱、荧光分析以及透射电镜等方法实测了MoSi2涂层在1000K加热烧结下组织的变化。试验结果与计算相符,表明在热震条件下涂层中MoSi2发生反应生成了MoO3和SiO2。
The paper introduces structural changes of MoSi_2 coating under 1000 K heating and sintering which calculated by thermodynamics and measured by stereoscan,energy spectrum,fluorescence analysis and transmission electron microscopic etc methods aiming at phenomenon of improved thermal shock performance by adding MoSi_2 to coatings.
